Our reports always focus on the key issues in the case.
The rationale and independent stance that we adopt in preparing our reports is clearly evident and we ensure that however complex the case our conclusions are fully documented and understandable.
We have a thorough familiarity with the obligations of experts under the Civil Procedure Rules and a detailed knowledge of the workings of the UK court system.
We always endeavour to ensure that the depth and scope of our reports are appropriate to the issues in the case. Where detailed financial analysis and clear supporting evidence of our investigations is required these will be included in our reports but we avoid irrelevant and unnecessary content.
