Preliminary Reviews
Our objectives are to identify the most significant aspects of a case and to highlight key areas for further investigation through a preliminary review of relevant documentation. In this way we ensure our work is proportionate to the case.
We will provide a firm estimate of our likely costs at this early stage of our enquiries.
Those solicitors that instruct us regularly know that if at the early stages of our work we identify that our extensive involvement would be disproportionate to the issues in the case then we will advise them accordingly.
If full disclosure has not yet been made we are able to identify, at an early stage, the key documents that should be requested.
