Expert or Single Joint Expert

We are regularly instructed either as named experts or as single joint experts.

In whichever capacity we are instructed and whether instructed by solicitors for the applicant or respondent, claimant or defendant, our work is entirely focused on forming our own independent opinion.

We understand that our overriding duty is to assist the Court and always work to preserve our objectivity and independence in this respect.
