Conferences With Counsel
When instructed as a named expert, we are used to working closely with Counsel and are able to advise Counsel on the strengths and weaknesses of the financial aspects of the case.
We provide a written commentary on other experts’ reports and can, if requested, assist Counsel in preparing their cross examination.
We are aware of the frustrations caused by experts who are resolute in conference only for their opinions to change in Court and we always ensure that our opinions in conference are consistent with those that we will provide in oral evidence.
