Share and business valuations
In addition to our specialist work in matrimonial cases, we are also regularly instructed in shareholder disputes (including Section 994 actions) and arbitration. We are used to dealing with complex share structures, quasi partnerships and with accounts which may not immediately reveal all of the financial information relevant to the case. We carry out the necessary investigations and research to ensure our opinion is properly supported and are aware of relevant case law.
Complementary expertise
Alongside our experience as forensic accountants, we have many years experience in corporate finance and of acting as lead advisors in purchase and sale transactions of both private and public companies. We are able to draw on this commercial experience to test and cement our opinions on share valuation in the course of our expert witness work.
